Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of AIReelGenerator (the "Service"), including our website, accounts, AI video generation, uploads, saved creations, subscriptions, and credit purchases. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean the team providing AIReelGenerator. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. Our Refund Policy explains payment refunds and generation credit returns. Mandatory rights under applicable law take precedence over these Terms and any purchase terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. Anyone buying a plan or acting for a business must have authority to enter into the transaction.

Provide accurate account and billing information, protect your login credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Some features require sign-in or identity verification. Free allowances are subject to eligibility checks and abuse prevention; creating multiple accounts or manipulating device or network signals to obtain extra allowances is prohibited.

3. Generation and Credits

Credit costs depend on the model, duration, resolution, and other generation settings. Review the cost displayed before submitting a request. Credits are deducted when a generation request is submitted, rather than when you download the result. Available models, settings, usage limits, and features are shown in the interface. A credit package does not by itself unlock settings reserved for active subscribers.

  • Free trial: Eligible verified accounts receive 20 trial credits, valid for 7 days from issuance, with a maximum of 2 successful trial generations and 1 concurrent trial job. The trial does not require a payment card or automatically convert into a paid subscription.
  • Subscription credits: Your plan provides a monthly quota. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Annual subscriptions are billed annually but their credit quota refreshes monthly, rather than being granted for the whole year at once. A quota refresh replaces the remaining subscription balance. Unused subscription credits are cleared when the subscription ends.
  • One-time credit packages: Top-up credits do not expire and do not renew automatically. They remain separate from subscription credits and are not cleared merely because a subscription ends. Refunded or reversed purchases may result in the corresponding credits being revoked.
  • Check-in rewards: When check-in rewards are available, each grant expires 14 days after it is issued. Other promotional allowances follow the conditions disclosed with the offer.

The Service automatically applies eligible credit balances; one request may use more than one balance. Free generation can also be limited by supported settings, anti-abuse checks, and a shared daily free-use budget. An available free balance does not guarantee that a request can be submitted immediately.

Credits are service-use units, have no cash redemption value, and cannot be transferred or resold. This does not limit any right to a refund of a payment under applicable law or our Refund Policy. Credit returns for failed requests follow section 9 and the Refund Policy.

4. Subscriptions, Renewal, and Cancellation

Where paid purchases are available, the pricing page and checkout show the amount, currency, billing interval, and applicable taxes or discounts. A monthly or annual subscription automatically renews at its applicable renewal price for the same billing interval until cancelled. By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout. One-time credit packages are charged once.

You can manage or cancel a subscription from Account Billing and the linked payment-provider portal. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future renewal charges. A cancellation scheduled for period end normally keeps the current subscription active until the displayed end date. Cancellation does not itself refund a previous charge; payment refunds are reviewed separately under the Refund Policy. Contact support if you cannot access the cancellation controls.

Plan upgrades take effect after any required prorated payment succeeds. Downgrades and changes only to the billing interval are scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. When the new plan takes effect and its quota is applied, the subscription balance is reset to the new quota rather than added to unused credits. Top-up balances remain separate. Review the amount and effective date shown before confirming a change.

Changes to prices, quotas, or paid benefits will be disclosed before they apply, with any notice or consent required by law. A later change to these Terms does not override a purchase-specific commitment or mandatory consumer right.

5. Your Content and Visibility

You retain any rights you have in prompts, uploaded photos, videos, files, and other inputs. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for us and our providers to process them, including permission from people depicted where required. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential materials, unlawful content, or content you are not authorized to use.

You give us a non-exclusive authorization to host, copy, transmit, and process your inputs and outputs as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service. This authorization does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Review the Public/Private setting before submitting a generation; the generator currently defaults to Public. Content marked Public may be displayed to other users through the Service's public features. Selecting Private excludes it from those public display features; it still needs to be processed by our providers. Private visibility is not a guarantee of confidential storage: anyone with a media link may be able to access the file. Use only content suitable for this workflow. Separate promotional use outside the Service requires your permission.

Download and back up outputs you want to keep. Saved history and media availability are subject to the retention or storage limits disclosed in the product and our Privacy Policy. Deleting a creation from your history does not necessarily immediately erase provider copies, media files, logs, or backups.

6. Outputs, Watermarks, and Commercial Use

AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusive ownership, or freedom from third-party rights. Review outputs before publishing or using them commercially, and obtain any permissions required for your inputs, likenesses, music, trademarks, or other protected material.

For video generation, an active subscription at submission provides outputs without our free-use watermark. Without an active subscription, a request using any trial or check-in reward credits is watermarked, even if it also uses top-up credits. A request funded entirely with paid credits is eligible for an output without our free-use watermark. Buying credits or subscribing later does not automatically remove watermarks from earlier outputs. Third-party marks or model limitations may still apply.

Paid-output entitlements include permission from us to use qualifying outputs commercially, whether funded by subscription credits or one-time top-up credits. Free trial and reward-funded outputs do not include a commercial-use entitlement from us unless explicitly stated in the product. This permission is subject to applicable law, your input rights, and applicable provider restrictions; it does not grant rights owned by others. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself revoke the commercial-use permission already granted for qualifying completed outputs.

7. Providers and Privacy

Generation, watermarking, storage, billing, authentication, and support may use third-party providers. Inputs and outputs may be transmitted to those providers as needed to deliver your request. Relevant processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. Provider availability, policies, model changes, or technical limitations may affect a request.

8. Prohibited Use and Account Restrictions

Do not use the Service to violate laws; infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; create child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate content; impersonate people deceptively; distribute malware; facilitate fraud or abuse; bypass safety, credit, or access controls; or disrupt the Service or other users.

We may reject requests, remove content, or restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address violations, payment problems, fraud, or security risks. You can contact support to request a review. Suspension does not remove any mandatory refund or consumer rights. You can stop using the Service and request account deletion through account settings or support; account deletion should not be used as a substitute for cancelling a subscription through Account Billing.

9. Failures and Refunds

A request recorded as failed is eligible for return of its deducted credits to the original balances under our Refund Policy. Trial and check-in credits that have already expired at the time of return are not reissued, extended, or converted into paid credits. A delay or an output you dislike does not by itself mean that a successfully completed request has failed.

A credit return is different from a refund to your payment method. Payment refunds are reviewed individually based on purchase records, usage, the reported issue, and applicable law. We do not offer a general fixed-period money-back guarantee. Statutory withdrawal, refund, and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Availability and Responsibility

The Service may experience delays, outages, or changes in output quality. We may update features or temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, or provider constraints, subject to paid commitments and applicable law. We do not guarantee continuous availability or a particular creative result.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption, and data loss. These limitations do not exclude liability or statutory guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence.

11. Changes and Disputes

We will post updates with a revised date and provide notice of material changes through the Service or other appropriate channels where required by law. Where fresh consent is legally required, continued use alone is not treated as that consent. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to earlier purchases.

For a dispute, contact support with the relevant account and order details so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to seek remedies from a competent court or consumer authority. Applicable law determines governing law and jurisdiction, including any mandatory protections in your place of residence.

12. Contact

For terms, billing, content-rights, or account questions, email [email protected]. Include an account email or order reference when relevant; never send passwords or full payment-card details.
