Refund Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy applies to AIReelGenerator subscriptions, one-time credit packages, and generation credit returns. Read it together with our Terms of Service. Mandatory rights under applicable law take precedence over this policy and purchase terms.
1. Payment Refunds
Payment refunds are reviewed individually. We do not promise a fixed voluntary refund window or a general money-back guarantee. An unused purchase is eligible for review, but does not automatically qualify for a voluntary refund. We consider the purchase type, payment date, credit and feature usage, the reported problem, and any specific promise made at checkout.
Contact us for duplicate charges, incorrect billing, unauthorized payments, or a paid service that was not delivered as promised. We will investigate the records and determine the appropriate correction or refund. This review process does not limit your statutory rights or your ability to contact your payment provider.
For voluntary refunds, we may decline requests relating to credits already consumed, successfully completed generations, downloaded outputs, change of mind after usage, or dissatisfaction with a result where the service was delivered as described. A policy violation or account suspension does not automatically remove statutory refund rights.
2. Failed Generation Credit Returns
Credits are deducted when a request is submitted. If the request is recorded as failed, including a submission or output-processing failure, the Service returns the deducted credits to their original balances. This is a credit return, not a cash refund. A pending or delayed request is not necessarily a failed request; successfully completed generations are not automatically refunded merely because you dislike the result.
Trial and check-in reward credits are restored only if their original validity period has not ended at the time of return. Expired free credits are not reissued, extended, or converted into paid credits. Subscription and top-up credits return to their respective balances; their usual rules still apply. Credit returns do not restart a subscription period or renew its quota.
If a failed request has not received the expected credit return, contact support with the task ID and account email. Do not repeatedly submit new paid requests to troubleshoot the same issue.
3. Credits and Approved Refunds
Trial and reward credits have no cash redemption value. Trial credits expire after 7 days and each check-in grant after 14 days. Unused subscription credits do not roll over; annual plans refresh their quotas monthly. One-time top-up credits do not expire, but unused credits do not by themselves create an entitlement to a payment refund.
An approved payment refund, partial refund, or payment reversal may revoke the corresponding purchased credits and adjust related paid benefits. We will explain the applicable adjustment in the refund decision. Returning generation credits does not separately refund the original purchase.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Cancel through Account Billing and the linked payment-provider portal before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals. A cancellation scheduled for period end normally keeps access until the displayed end date; remaining subscription credits are cleared when the subscription ends. Top-up credits remain separate.
Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge or the unused part of the current billing period. You may still request review under this policy, and any statutory right to a refund remains unaffected. Contact support if you cannot access the cancellation controls.
5. Statutory Consumer Rights
Applicable law may provide withdrawal, refund, repair, or other remedies for digital services and content. Those rights remain available even where a voluntary refund would be declined.
Where a statutory cooling-off right applies, any exception for immediate digital delivery or service performance applies only when its legal requirements, including any required express consent and acknowledgement, have been met. Creating an account, accepting the Terms, or generating or downloading an output does not by itself waive every statutory right. If you believe a statutory right applies, include your country of residence and the relevant purchase details in your request.
6. Requesting and Processing a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account or checkout email, purchase date, order or invoice ID, the reason for the request, and any relevant task IDs. Never send passwords or full payment-card details. Send statutory requests within the period provided by applicable law; there is no separate fixed voluntary application period promised by this policy.
We review payment records, account usage, task history, and the issue reported, and may ask for information necessary to investigate. We will communicate the decision and any credit or plan adjustment. Approved cash refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Receipt depends on the processor and bank; any applicable statutory processing deadlines take precedence.
7. Policy Changes and Contact
Updates will be posted with a revised date. The purchase terms and policy applicable to your transaction, together with mandatory law, determine your rights; later changes do not retroactively remove them. For questions or a review of a refund decision, contact [email protected].
